The vegetarian lifestyle is one of the most challenging lifestyle shifts one undergoes. Why is it hard? Some of it probably includes the lack of the proteins of vegetarians with their meal for most sources of proteins are either meat or sea foods; The assurance that the vegetables you eat are not that certain, not unless one grew the products themselves then that's the time that they will be safe that the crops are all organic; and there are only limited number of restaurants offering a full course vegetarian meal.
