A long hard day of selling fruit in the hot sun. A welcome relief for the customers but I can't imagine pushing that cart around all day!

Fast Food San Andres Style

This nice place across from the beach has great food. If you stop by when they are busy you'll probably share a table with someone. I think the prices have gone up, but I remember stopping by with a friend a few years ago... a beer and a pepsi set us back less than $1US.

"Mickey Mouse" is a popular little store near the beach. Now it is where the road ends and the bricked walk way starts. Enjoy some icecream or a quick snack

Lobster on Islas del Rosario

Our boat ride to the Islas del Rosario in Cartenga, Colombia included lunch. About an hour before our lunch was served they were temping us with these delicious lobsters.

Needless to say, our included lunch although excellent, didn't include such a delight.

Fruit Salad Cartenga Style

There is no shortage of delicious fresh fruit ready to eat in the walled old city of Cartnega, Colombia. I think we paid the nice lady more to take her photo than the fruit would have cost.
