Diners are not the only ones who need to learn their manners. Waiters also have to know how to serve their customers well.

It seems that, to many people, waiters of restaurants are starting to feel that their work is more of a problem than a passion fulfilled. Gone are the days when waiters served with a smile. It's gotten terrible, and this food critic from The Washington Post will tell you how bad it has become.
