Its a website full of cuppies for you to choose from. You can even create your own or ask us to design it for you or your special occasion. We deliver cupcakes throughout Klang Valley for a minimum charges.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Its all about business and marketing. Its costly to setup a new store and selling through internet is the cheapest way to start business.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
It was launch in November 2008. We received 3500 visitors for Nov and Dis. Its quite crazy to deal with the orders we received for both months.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We just want it to be crazy, but crazy wont attract customers, so we go with Frenzy!
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
As far as website for cupcakes is concerned, ours is different where we totally use a shopping cart software unlike others which mostly doing it blog style.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To be one of the most recognizable brand in Malaysia.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Its quite hard in the first place but its getting better day by day.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Will change it to be more user friendly and a better shopping cart software.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yeah..i think we can.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Not much, just to setup the system and customized it here and there.
What has been your biggest challenge?
To deal with the database!
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Email and tagging.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Everything is expected!
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The site is just running for 5 months now. It will continue as long theres an order coming from the web!
