Processed Potato Product Pulled and Recalled

Associated Press released Feb-22,09 where two supermarket giants, Giant Food LLC and Stop & Shop Supermarket Co. have already pulled processed potato product from their shelves last Saturday which are all subject to voluntary recall with a possible bacterial contamination (listeria). The products were from Northern Star Co., a subsidiary of Michael Foods Inc. and have "use by" dates ranging from March 29 to April 3, 2009 on their packaging.
