Academy of Professional Bartending Westchester's PREMIER Bartending School Interview

By Interviewer at 06/23/08 21:23

New York, any: 12 drinks coming up!
Name of your website?

Academy of Professional Bartending Westchester's PREMIER Bartending School

Your name?

Giovanna

Your Location (city, etc)

363 North Ave New Rochelle, NY

The Academy of Professional Bartending is a training institution that was built by bartenders for bartenders

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To help those who are looking for a more exciting, fun and rewarding career field whether it be full time or part time.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

We launced our site back in Oct of 2007. It is a complete description about our school, programs offered.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Basically, we wanted to bring Real NY Style bartending back to NY. Too often we have found that bartenders today have forgotten the true essence of bartending. This is a hospitality industry one that catters to their patrons and enhance their experiences. We want to bring that back to the table.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

We're original and unique. We cater to our students. We offer an affordable alternative solution for those who are seeking. Education should be good not expensive. You'll find other schools offering similiar courses at triple the price. All the students are doing is paying for their overhead, not some "unique" training. Unfortunately, because of their lack of knowledge they don't realize this till it si too late.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To be the very BEST Bartending Institute. We are looking to open more schools in the near future.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Excellently!! In the short amount of time out reputation has spread far and wide.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

We would expand our facility and open more.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

ABSOLUTELY!!!

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Actually, none.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Letting the people know we are here.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Word of mouth and our commitment to our students. We deliver what we promise and then some!

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

We've been operative on this site since Oct of 2007 and will continue to run it forever :D

What are your requirements for enrollment?

Well, you have to be at least 18 yrs old. The seciond would be a desire to make extra cash, have fun at work enjoy meeting new and exciting people daily!

What is your website address?
