Please give us a short summary of your website?

I've spent many years developing and adapting recipes and here you will find some traditional favorites as well as my own adaptations of recipes to add a Newfoundland twist. Others are just great recipes, no matter where they came from but they have all made repeated appearances in my Newfoundland kitchen. I have gotten into the habit of photographing the completed recipes and will continue to do so as I add to this blog. I have an extensive catalogue of recipes so requests are welcome. Check back often as new recipes are being added on a continuous basis.
