So we know what fast food is. They are usually bought by those people who are always on the go. One food item that a fast food enthusiast will probably enjoy are the french fries. Yeah, those oily fries.
Some people, on the other hand, would rather slow it down at appreciate the taste of the food better. These types of food are called slow food.
A group in Chattanoga, Tennessee, is pushing for an emphasis on slow food. Read more about it here in the Chattanooga Free Press.
