Please describe your blog

My blog is all about cooking in my country. I write about the more traditional style recipes that has been influenced by the different cultures that inhabit the island ( East Indian,African,Spanish,French Creole, Chinese,Syrian/Lebanese) which I must say is a lot of recipes. I haven't even started to scratch the surface as yet when it comes to these dishes.
