From a humble beginning that started with 3 dedicated people and a small shop in Jumeirah Centre, Moka now spans its market reach to the whole UAE, GCC & Middle East with over 70 employees devoted in providing non-negotiable exceptional services to our clients and partners.
Its Dubai retail outlets in Jumeirah Centre & Wafi City and Segafredo Zanetti Espresso franchised café in Wafi City have already won the overwhelming acclaim of chocolate, confectionery & coffee lovers.
Moka is the Agent, Sole Distributor or Dealer of several European & American brands in the UAE, GCC countries and the Middle East.
Moka specialises in supplying chocolate, coffee and coffee equipment to the hospitality sector. Due to its reliability, professionalism & efficient Customer Service, Moka has earned an excellent reputation among the hospitality industry professionals.

What inspired you to launch your own website?
To enable us to provide easy access information to our existing and potential clients, we decided to launch our own website utilizing an in-house web developer.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
We launched our first website in 2002 and it is the same concept as it is now.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We decided to stick to our conventional business name which is Moka. As well known in the UAE industry for provide top-notch products and services, we adapted the same principle to our website.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Moka is unique on its own mainly because of our non-negotiable exceptional service in the industry we cater to.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
We are to maintain our website and further develop it to provide more benefits for our existing clients. We would also soon launch an e-commerce website for our special gift packages.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
The online presence definitely facilitated us in our further success in our traditional business.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
We shall provide completely automated system for our clients.

We have the site running now for almost 6 years and we plan to keep it for as long as our business exists.
