Preem Indian Takeaway Interview

By Interviewer at 06/18/09 12:41

Name of your website?

Preem Indian Takeaway

Your name?

Preem

Your Location (city, etc)

East Tilbury

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Situated in the heart of Essex's prominent East Tilbury, Preem is an authentic Indian Takeaway frequented by locals and visitors alike.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Launched due to numerous request from our customers

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Initially launched in 2004. Preem had just a plain and simple website prior to the launch of the online store. It was just so the locals could quickly look up the contact number and address.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Preem means love. The passion for food was how the name of the business was decided.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Our website is one of a kind in East Tilbury where one can order indian food online at the click of a button.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Our eventual goal is to expand our business by listening to customer views prior to any change as at Preem we believe not everyone believes change is good. Most of our customers take the laissez faire approach.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Our investment of time and finance balance very well against the success of Preem. Preem would not be where it is today without the help of the locals and visitors.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

The only change that Preem would really be interested in is to delivery farther than the current radius and reaching out to customers who would like to try Preem but find it inconvenient to travel.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes. We are always ready for any challenge that face us.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

None due to the fact that at Preem, we have a vey organised staff and workmanship.

What has been your biggest challenge?

To build the business to what it is today.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Dropshot seems to be the mst effective method currently.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

We are not expecting anything, rather to fulfil our customers request for having an online ordering system.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Site has been running since 2004 and we will continue to run it as long as our customers support it.

Do you believe you can improve?

There is always roome for improvement however our improvements are based on our customer feedbacks.

What is your website address?
