An attempt to intorduce the cuisine of each country and region in Africa

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I am married to a West African woman and she introduced me to West African cookery and I already had an interest in North African cuisine. The website is an attempt at introducing the cuisines of this diverse continent. It's also an attempt at raising money to pay for an operation to save my father-in-law's life.
