These Chinese buffets often have a variety of seafood, but if you're not within line-of-sight from the ocean, you can bet the fish is as rank and frozen as the whole notion of a Chinese buffet in the first place.

Further, and I know I'm not the fist one to notice this, but Chinese food fills you quick, but leaves you hungry again in an easy half-hour. Seriously, think this one through, even at five-bucks a plate.

Think of it this way, it all costs them about the same, and you couldn't stuff your innards with even three-bucks of fortune cookies, even if these same cookies give you really great advice, which they absolutely never do.
