I make a point not to eat at McDonalds for a variety of reasons. I don't think the food is healthy and I don't think the packaging is environmentally suitable (though maybe more healthy than the food)! And a few times I've stopped in with friends and tried to have just a simple water have been unsuccessful! I do understand that McDonalds marketing has been very successful and their best point (for their shareholders anyway) may be that have helped turned the world's kids into junk food addicts.
