Study shows the disgusting truth about your hands

We are always told to clean our hands before doing anything related to food because we could spread diseases by just holding edible materials with bacteria-filled hands.

The sad truth is that a lot of people in the United Kingdom show that they need to take a lesson on hygiene or two. Depressing results to follow depressing hypotheses. More on this here at The Times Online.

Weaning for Babies

Letting babies eat solid finger food at the right age instead of puree is messy alright, but it certainly has a lot of benefits, in case you do now know. According to its pioneer, it does not only improve your baby's hand-eye coordination. It also allows them to join your family in meals.

The movement towards baby-led weaning has been gaining momentum in recent years. Maybe it is time for your baby to try out as well.

Food for the Mourning
