On the way to the Salt Church (a church 200 meters below the surface of the earth in a salt mine) a little ways north of Bogota, we stopped at a restuarant and were a little disappointed that the only food on the menu was chicken. We left and went to one across the street. The light bulb turned on, the name of the first restaurant was "Gallina" or "Hen" in English. The new restaurant had pretty much the same menu: chicken!
My friend was delighed that they offerred gizzards, necks and feet. What is shown here is just the start of his meal, which included the grizzle parts of the chicken, soup, and a big plate of rice and lots more chicken meat.
All for a few bucks.
